2. Non-Returnable Items

  4. Ship the Item Back: Use the shipping label provided by our customer service team to send the item back to our returns department.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We do not offer direct exchanges; you will need to return the original item and place a new order separately.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds
